About the Author
As founding CPO, Yevhen has led Tolmete from concept to its first release. He directs product work from discovery and design through development and launch, keeping each decision tied to a delivery problem the product can address. At Lumitech, he works as Lead Business Analyst, where his work across client projects gives him the practical cases and management questions that shape his articles for Tolmete Insights each week.
Seven years in software delivery gave Yevhen ten client engagements across more than five industry domains, and one recurring observation: no tool showed a delivery lead a risk early enough to act on it.
He knew the data was already there, spread across the systems a team used every day, with nothing to bring it together. Tolmete grew out of that gap inside Lumitech, and he has shipped eighteen modules since.
