Portrait of Max Hirning

Max Hirning

Chief Technology Officer, Tolmete

Max leads the technical architecture and integrations behind Tolmete. He has more than six years of full-stack development experience and has contributed to more than 20 production systems. His work covers frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, automation, integrations, and the systems that convert project activity into delivery signals.

Max leads full-stack development at Lumitech as well, working end-to-end across application design, backend and frontend, deployment, and third-party connections. Most of that experience came from integration work where the data never matched the spec it arrived with.

At Tolmete, he owns the architecture that reads project activity from the tools a team already uses. Integration reliability, data normalization, and signal processing are his, along with the infrastructure that keeps them running.

He builds for reliability, scale and maintainability, automates what deployment would be repeated by hand, and weighs in on technical calls across Lumitech’s codebase. His articles cover where data quality breaks, how an integration should be designed, and what a reliable analytical layer costs to run.
